Professor M. Babs Oyeneyin; C.Eng; FHEA; R.Eng (COREN); PhD

Babs Oyeneyin is Managing Director of I-Flow Energy Holdings Ltd and Professor of Petroleum Engineering at Robert Gordon University Aberdeen UK [RGU] .A Chartered Engineer and recognised specialist in the fields of Integrated Petroleum Engineering Solutions, Multiphase Fluid Flow Assurance, Total Sand Management and Production Optimisation technologies for deepwater development. With over 40 years of integrated professional experience, Babs is a Registered Engineer [COREN], Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy, and corporate member of a number of institutions including Institute of Mining, Metals and Minerals, Energy Institute, Society of Underwater Technology and Society of Petroleum Engineers.

William (Bill) Bryan C.Eng. MIET

Following appointments with the UK Atomic Energy Authority, Honeywell and Hewlett Packard, Bill founded Osprey Electronics which became a world leader in underwater video systems, now part of Kongsberg Simrad. He subsequently established other business ventures supplying instrumentation to manufacturing, civil engineering and upstream hydrocarbons.
A past board member of the Highlands and Islands Development Board, in recent years he has assisted numerous technology ventures through their formative years, while retaining interests in the fields of hydrocarbon and renewable energy.

Engr. Segun Adedapo

Segun Adedapo is the Project Coordinator for I-Flow Energy Holdings Ltd and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bendith Energy Resources Ltd, a Nigerian Oil & Gas independent in JV with a Dutch E & P. Segun is currently an M&A Specialist with interest in Economic Risk and Business Development Strategy for Oil & Gas assets. He has held various management positions in oil companies such as; Shell E & P UK, Maersk Oil UK/Denmark and Nexen Petroleum UK. He graduated from the University of Lagos with a B.Sc in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering and M.Sc in Oil & Gas Engineering from Robert Gordon University Aberdeen. He also holds a business Degree in Engineering Finance and Management from Manchester Business School.

Dr. Robert Milne; PhD

Robert is an Associate Instructor with I-Flow Energy Holdings Ltd and Managing Director of RGM Technical and Scientific.
With over 30 years of a wide range of experience in training and engineering consultancy in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, Bob was a Technical Specialist/Advisor for i-Tech7 a division of Subsea7 and was responsible for the development of ROV offshore Competency and Training globally.

Bob is a member of the Institute of Physics and a Chartered Physicist. He holds a PhD , PG Diploma in Engineering and a BSc in Physical Sciences(majoring in Physics) all from RGU.

Iain Campbell; M.Eng

Iain is a Senior Engineer with more than 30 years of inteational experience (North Sea, North America, North Africa, West Africa, Middle East). Has worked in various capacities inteationally including Advisor to Ballygrant Ltd, Reservoir Engineering Advisor to RPS Knowledge Reservoir; Senior Technical Advisor to Halliburton and Consultant Reservoir Engineer to Dungannon Petroleum , Sonatrach and Edinburgh Petroleum Service(EPS) and Vice President Engineering for CVS Holdings. He holds an M.Eng in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a member of a number of professional bodies including Society of Petroleum Engineers.



Professor Akaehomen O. Ibhadode; C.Eng; R.Eng (COREN); PhD

Professor Akaehomen O. Akii Ibhadode is the Vice-Chancellor, Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE), and a Professor of Manufacturing Engineering. Akii obtained his B.Sc. (Mechanical Engineering), from the University of Lagos in 1981, M.Eng. in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Benin in 1984, and Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom in 1987, specializing in Die Design. His research interests include Die/Mould Design, Metalforming, Metalcasting and Joining Processes, Materials, Production Management, Artificial Intelligence, Entrepreneurship and SME Development. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a chartered engineer. Akii is a Fellow of the prestigious Nigerian Academy of Science.



Professor (Mrs.) Prekeyi Tawari-Fufeyin

Prof Prekeyi is a very resourceful, dependable, and highly skilled professional in Environmental Toxicology, Pollution Studies and Waste Management, with unbroken twenty-eight years of meritorious service in the University as a Lecturer, Researcher and Consultant. She has professional Certification in Environmental Impact Assessment, Project Management, Waste composting and Sustainable Waste Management. Since her assumption in FUPRE in 2013, Prof. Tawari-Fufeyin has traversed the university holding positions of responsibilities including Chairman, Ceremonials Committee which successfully organized the first convocation and founders’ day celebration in 2017 after ten years of existence as well as organized the first Inaugural Lecture in the University also in 2017. She was quite instrumental to attracting several stakeholders to the University as the Director of Linkages since 2014. Because of her go-getter style of leadership, Prof. Tawari-Fufeyin became the pioneer Managing Director of FUPRE Energy Solutions Limited, as a limited liability company set up by the University in conjunction with I-Flow of UK for strategic consultancy and project execution for critical stakeholders in the oil and gas sector.

This Professor of Environmental Toxicology and Pollution Studies is currently the University’s Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration) as well as Executive Director of FUPRE Energy Solutions (Nigeria) Limited

Dr. (Mrs.) Juliet Emudianughe

Dr. Juliet Emudianughe is a COMEG certified Geoscientist and has over seventeen years of experience. She is specialized in seismic data interpretation and well logging.

She has worked on projects both in academia and in the industries. She is the Head of Department, Earth Science, Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun and the Business Development Manager, FESL. She is a member of SEG, AAPG, NMGS, NAPE, SPE and WIMBIZ. Dr. Juliet has over twenty researched papers and has wo several awards. She is a reviewer /editor for various jouals.



Dr. Omonigho B. Otanocha

Omonigho Benedict Otanocha, is a registered engineer, with a Ph. D (Mechanical Engineering), The University of Manchester, U. K, M. Eng. (Manufacturing Engineering) and B. Eng. (Production Engineering), from the University of Benin. He is a corporate member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE).

His skills and interests are in Sustainable Production Systems, CAD/CAM, Re-manufacture, Mechanical Design/Modeling, Fluid Dynamics, and Enterprise Development. Omonigho is an academic staff of Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE).

Dr Chika Ebiogwu

Dr Chika Ebiogwu is an inteationally renowned specialist in Materials Engineering, Corrosion and Asset Integrity Management with over 30 years meritorious experience working in both the academia and industry with University of Benin, SNEPCO, SPDC and Nestoil.
He graduated with high honours from the University of Ife and University of Ibadan with B.Sc (Materials Science) and M.Sc (Engineering Management) degrees respectively and subsequently obtained his Ph.D in Metallurgy & Materials from the prestigious Imperial College (University of London) in 1985. Dr. Chika is currently an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering, Federal University of Petroleum Resources (FUPRE).

Benjamin Ufuoma Oreko

Benjamin Ufuoma Oreko is a lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, Nigeria. He obtained his B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering, Anambra State University, Uli, Nigeria and his M.Eng & PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Benin, Nigeria. Oreko is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a Registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, COREN. He is actively involved in academic research and engineering consultancy in the oil and gas sector. His academic research interest include: Engineering materials, Laser based Manufacturing, Nanotechnology, Engineering Composites, Operation Research, Mechanical Design and Renewable Energy.


Modestus O. Okwu

He holds a Doctorate degree (PhD) in Industrial and Production Engineering, Master of Science (M.Sc) in Industrial Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng), Mechanical/Industrial Engineering. His research field is Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and his research interest include but not limited to Numerical Control (NC) Systems; Combinatorics and Optimization; Operations Research and Modelling; Supply Chain Design, Processes and Engineering; Industrial Safety; Computational Intelligence; Hybrid Algorithms; Fuzzy Neural Network; Complex System Modelling; Renewable and alternative energy; Artficial Intelligence and Robotics/Industrial Robots; Laser Technology; Internet of Things (IoT) and Industry 4.0.

Omo-Irabor Omoleomo Olutoyin

Dr. (Mrs.) O. O. Omo-Irabor, is an Associate Professor of Geology in the Department of Earth Science. She started her academic career as a Research Assistant with the Institute of Erosion Studies, Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) in 1987. She later relocated to the Delta State University, Abraka as a Lecturer in Geology. She rose to the position of Senior Lecturer and Head of Department before joining the Federal University of Petroleum Resources in 2012.

Dr. (Mrs.) O. O. Omo-Irabor attended FUTO and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Geology in 1986. She later obtained both Post-graduate diploma and Master’sdegree in Water Resources, Survey from the Inteational Institute for Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC), Enschede, The Netherlands. She holds a Ph.D in Environmental Analysis from the University of Abertay, Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom.

She has written and co-written several academic publications in both local and inteational Jouals. She has over two decades of teaching and research experience. She has served as the Head of Department of Earth Sciences, FUPRE. Her research interests include Hydrogeology, Environmental Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

She is a member of the Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society (NMGS), Council of Nigerian Mining Engineers and Geoscientists (COMEG), Nigerian Association of Hydrogeologists (NAH), Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE) amongst others. She is the current Director of Linkages, Research and Private Public Partnership (PPP) is a Unit under the office of the Vice-Chancellor.

Adedoyin A. Adebayo

She is a Lecturer in Environmental Management and Toxicology Department Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun. She holds a Ph.D in Analytical/Environmental Chemistry (Ibadan), Postgraduate Diploma in Water Management : Decision making, Environmental Aspects & Risk Assessment, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. An M.Sc Chemistry, University of Ibadan (Ph.D Grade) in Environmental Chemistry & Pollution Control. Her area of specialty includes
Environmental Sciences, Environmental management, Bioremediation studies, Environmental and Analytical Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Analysis & Monitoring of Inorganic/Organic Pollutants in Soil, Water and Plants. Risk Assessment and Environmental Forensic science (Ecological & Human health).

Dr. David Allenotor

Dr. David Allenotor is a distinguished inteational scholar and an Inteational Faculty Fellow of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. He had his B.Sc. and M.Sc. (Computer Science) from the University of Benin, Nigeria and M.SC. and PhD. (Computer Science) from the University of Manitoba, Canada. He is the Deputy Dean, College of Science and the Head of Mathematics and Computer Science Department, Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun. He has teaching and administrative experiences that span over 18 years both within and outside Nigeria (University of Benin, University of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and MIT, USA). Research interest are in the area of High Performance Computing, Financial Options/Financial Engineering, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, and Mathematical Modeling. Dr. Allenotor is also a Chief consultant to the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) on Information/Cyber Security in Nigeria. He is affiliated to the Computational Financial Derivatives (CFD) lab at the Department of Computer Science, University of Manitoba, Canada and also a member of the Interdisciplinary Evolving Algorithmic Science LAB (IDEAS)

Okoh Ifeanyi Eddy

He is an innovative thinker with broad-based expertise in strategic, operational and technical delivery of Engineering services in the Oil & Gas Industry. He is Highly dynamic and result oriented, with over 17 years of working experience in diverse positions such as Lead Well Services, Well Intervention Supervisor and Wire line Engineer, Wellhead operator. Proven ability through the automation of manual processes, to reduce operating costs and streamline procedures. A demonstrated track record of cutting purchasing/procurement costs, Well Workover/Completions Supervision assets maintenance, logistics planning, establishment of programs for acid stimulation, N2 lift, dewaxing, fishing and gas lift, possess great ability to develop inteal policies, cost models, and subcontracts that leads to increased discounts and made for more favourable terms and conditions. His area of expertise include Wellhead Maintenance; Wireline/Slick line Supervision; Coiled Tubing & Stimulation Supervision; High Pressure Pumping Operation; Gas Lift / Wellhead Expert & Logistics Management; Data Analysis; Training & Development; Quality Control/Assurance; Health & Safety; Continues Process Improvement; Budgeting & Cost Reduction . He holds a B.Eng Mechanical Engineering, Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Master’s In Business Administration (Mba), Delta State University Abraka and a Mphil/Phd , Atlantic Inteational University USA.

Christopher Onosemuode

Christopher Onosemuode is a Professor of Geoinformatics, a researcher and a lecturer at the Department of Environmental Management and Toxicology in the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun. He obtained B.Sc Geography (1997), M.Sc Cartography and Remote Sensing (2000) and Ph.D Cartography (2005) from the prestigious Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo State. His quest for more knowledge made him acquire PGD in Geographical Information System (GIS) in 2010 at the Federal School of Survey, Oyo, Nigeria.

His consistent passion for impacting knowledge made him venture into the academics where he began his lecturing career as Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Geography in Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Nigeria. He later became one of the pioneer staff in the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurunat the Department of Environmental Science now known as Environmental Management and Toxicology.

He was appointed the Head of Department for a period of 2013-2015 and has chaired several Committees in the University; he is also a member of numerous Committees. He has over 40 publications in reputable national and inteational jouals to his credit, an Editorial Board member of Inteational Joual on Environmental Sciences, Inteational Joual of Applied Remote Sensing & GIS,and several other national and inteational jouals. His research interest includes Spatial Analysis and Environmental Modeling using Geoinformatics techniques. He is a member of the Nigeria Cartographic Association (NCA), Nigeria Environmental Society (NES), America Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) and Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON).

Professor Christopher Onosemuode is currently an inteal member of the Goveing Council of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun and Dean; College of Scuence.
